Happy December, Pioneer Ridge Families,

We’ve had a great week at Pioneer Ridge!  Please join us in celebrating our Super Students this month!

Our fifth-grade teachers would love your help pinning and cutting fleece fabric so that the 5th graders can tie the blankets.  We have this set up in the 5th grade pod. We have fabric scissors and pins, we just need the help to get it done.  Please sign up if you are able to help us with this. THANK YOU!

Mark your calendars for Monday, December 11!  Pioneer Ridge will host our annual Art Show from 4:30-7:30.  Join us for student art, a scavenger hunt, and the blacklight art room.  

While you are here, please check the lost and found.  There are many items that need to be found!  All items left after December 19, 2023 will be donated.  

We are Decking the Halls with non-perishable food for our community!  Please feel welcome to send items to school with your student. 

Yearbooks are available for order-please see the flyer below.

If you are participating in the Giving Tree, those unwrapped gifts can be brought to the office with the information slip included.

¡Hemos tenido una gran semana en Pioneer Ridge! Únase a nosotros para celebrar nuestraSúper estudiantes ¡este mes!

A nuestros maestros de quinto grado les encantaría su ayuda para fijar y cortar tela polar para que los alumnos de quinto grado puedan atar las mantas. Tenemos esto configurado en el grupo de quinto grado. Disponemos de tijeras para tela y alfileres, solo necesitamos ayuda para hacerlo. Regístrate si puedes ayudarnos con esto. ¡GRACIAS!

¡Marque sus calendarios para el lunes 11 de diciembre! Pioneer Ridge será el anfitrión de nuestra exposición de arte anual de 4:30 a 7:30. Únase a nosotros para ver arte estudiantil, una búsqueda del tesoro y la sala de arte con luz negra.

Parents of 5th grade students: Please click the link below for important 5th grade -6th grade information from the school nurse

This is a mandatory yearly process. 

Please register your existing student for the upcoming 23-24 school year. Please log on to your parent Portal to complete the registration. You will need to provide address verification in the form of an Xcel, United Power or town water bill, dated within the last 30 days that includes your name and address on it. No ipads will be issued until this process is completed.

You must register your student in their home boundary school.

We are excited to partner with a local organization called Hunger Heroes to provide a backpack of food for families over the weekend again this year. Families do NOT need to fill out anything (other than letting us know their name so we know who to give the food to), and do NOT need to qualify to receive backpacks. These are available to ANY child in our community. They do not need to be in school. If you have a child that is not of school age yet or is doing remote learning they are still able to receive a bag. All you need to do is plan to pick up those bags from any of our schools. If you would like to help out with this program or would like to receive a backpack, please fill out the form using the link below to get started. Thank you so much for partnering with Hunger Heroes!   Click here or on the image above to sign up!

Estamos emocionados de asociarnos con una organización local llamada Hunger Heroes para proporcionar una mochila de alimentos para las familias durante el fin de semana nuevamente este año. Las familias NO necesitan completar nada (aparte de dejarnos saber su nombre para que sepamos a quién darle la comida), y NO necesitan calificar para recibir mochilas. Estos están disponibles para CUALQUIER niño en nuestra comunidad. No necesitan estar en la escuela. Si tiene un hijo que aún no está en edad escolar o está aprendiendo a distancia, aún puede recibir una bolsa. Todo lo que necesita hacer es planear recoger esas bolsas en cualquiera de nuestras escuelas.
